Richard Agnew was born and brought up on a farm in the rural town of Ballyclare, 14 miles from Belfast, which is where his passion for cooking began.
Sourcing the very finest wild and cultivated products and the preparation and the presentation of these ingredients, respectful of their individual integrity are of the utmost importance to our Head Chef.
The restaurant is modern, lively and fun. Whether you are in for an intimate dinner, a business meal or a family celebration you will find a truly memorable dining experience where you are simply offered the best of everything, and all at an unpretentious level.
Opening Hours in Season (April - October)
We are open for morning coffee from 10am - 12pm
Lunch is served from 12pm - 6pm
Dinner is served from 6pm- 9pm
Opening Hours out of Season (November - March)
The restaurant will be closed in November, January and February. However, the Mote Lounge Bar will be open throughout the winter from 12pm - 9pm
**Please note the Bar and Restaurant will be closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
