Booking Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions of booking are as follows:

• All Special Break Rates are only applicable if booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Double/twin rooms used for single occupancy will be charged at the full rate for two people, less £15.00.
• All Special Break Rates are based on two people sharing a twin/double room.
• All prices include a full Scottish breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.
• Families welcome. When sharing a room with two adults, children under the age of 5 are free of charge; children aged under 13 are half price and children aged over 13 are charged full price.

Cancellation policy

If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival, and in the event of a no show, the amount of the first night’s accommodation will be deducted from your credit card. Should the accommodation be re-sold, the above will become void and a full refund will be issued.
